7.         Until further notice, areas disturbed by the course reconstruction are deemed to be ground under repair (GUR).

8.         Relief must be taken i.a.w. Rule 24 from any construction or landscaping area deemed to be GUR. This includes mounds, tracks and any other disturbed solid from the work carried out. They are deemed “Immovable Obstructions”.

a.         Rule 24-2b(i):  The player must lift the ball and drop it, without penalty, within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief.

b.         Rule 24-2b Note 2:  If a ball to be dropped under this rule is not recoverable, another ball may be substituted.

c.         Rule 24-3:  If the ball is not found, the nearest point of relief is the point at which the ball crossed the line of the GUR .

9.         Landscaping GUR by 8th Tee and Green  Drop Zones (DZ) i.a.w. Appendix I A6 where relief is not feasible with Rules 25-1:  If the ball is seen or known to be in either of these GUR Areas, The player must take a drop, without penalty, in the DZ provided short of the 8th green, beyond and right of the 7th green. Note: A ball is not recoverable until the new areas of grass have been established.
